Simple Space Manager for Confluence Cloud

View, access, copy, and delete existing spaces or create new spaces with the Simple Space Manager app for Confluence Cloud.

The Simple Space Manager application for Confluence Cloud consists of six macros, an integration in the space settings (Space Settings → Integrations → Simple Space Manager), and a global Confluence integration accessible via the Confluence Navigator (Apps → Simple Space Manager).

The macros can be placed on any Confluence page in any Space by entering / followed by the macro name while in edit mode.

Macros

  • Space Overview Table

    Adds a searchable, filterable, and configurable table that displays all or selected Spaces of your instance. The table has a configuration to customize the visibility of fields, columns, and action buttons, as well as to select the Spaces displayed. If no Spaces are selected, all Spaces are displayed.

  • Categorized Space List

    Displays Spaces in a compact list view by Space category.

  • Space Details

    Shows a rich, config-driven detail view for a single space: key facts (name, key, type, status, created date, description, labels), exact content statistics with a content-mix chart (pages, blog posts, comments, attachments, storage, stale and newest content), and all space properties in a key / value table. The space is picked once in the macro configuration; sections can be toggled via display options.

  • Simple Space Properties

    Displays all key / value space properties of the configured space in a table. Properties can be created, edited (with versioned saves) and deleted directly from the macro. Supports text, number, boolean, null, object and array values.

  • Space Deleter

    A searchable multiple selection to completely delete multiple Spaces.

  • Space Creator

    A simple button that allows you to create up to 10 Spaces at once by defining names and keys. The default separator is a comma "," and can be changed in the macro configuration.
